Always pleasant and very friendly! I feel like I'm hanging out with friends when I go for my appt. Never had any issues with billing and if I have any questions they always get me an answer and explain everything to me.

This place is fantastic! I had a dental emergency and they took me in ASAP and examined my issue. A Dentist clearly explained my situation and forwarded the prescription to my pharmacy out of state. Could not be more satisfied with the friendliness and attention given my emergency.

When I went there they took X-rays and after speaking with a dentist for less than 5 minutes they say I needed a deep clean/scaling. When I asked how much that would be they had me talk to someone on their staff who said it would be $3000+ and that I would have to pay $1300 out of pocket. The person I was speaking to about payment also informed me I would need antibiotics after the procedure (the dentist explained none of the procedure or aftercare to me). I said I was not sure and asked for a regular cleaning to which they denied because the dentist recommended a deep scaling. Less than a week later I went for a second opinion elsewhere (X-rays again because aspen would not send the ones they took to my new dentist). After the dentist gave me a full exam I was told I had extremely healthy teeth and that I did not need anything more than a standard cleaning.

I'd like to lower my rating but the staff are great. I was repeatedly told about their financial genius. Where? My dental work should have been done months ago. Finally it's relayed to Mr that my 3 different policies are too confusing. I made a single call to one policy who will cover all work 100% with my diagnosis. I needed to schedule a few Dr appts for verification. Then I can get everything fixed, top & bottom. I was only working on top due to cost. I think it's just easier to get customers loans rather than actually understand thoroughly the different policies. Again staff are superb, even finance. If he had just admitted at my 1st appt he had no idea how to bill. I had actually already explained it to him before "it was too confusing". I recommend them as you aren't put to shame, they get it & treat you very decent. Just know your policies.

My 1st appointment. I'm so afraid of going to the dentist. Everyone was friendly. The hygienist was gentle and made me comfortable. He was very good. The dentist was awesome. However the girl that took my xrays scratched my gums. She did make up for it by holding the instruments in my mouth while the xrays were taken. Overall, a good experience.

Had all my teeth removed today and had dentures put in immediately. Everyone who dealt with me was extremely courteous, friendly, caring and knowledgeable. Everything was explained to me so I'll be back tomorrow for them to remove them, do any adjustment and clean. Thank You to the staff at Keene NH, Aspen Dental.

I had a great experience at Aspen Dental. I hadn't been to the Dentist in a quite a while. My exam and the conversation that followed were very informative as to my next steps in Dental Care. Everyone I spoke with was very helpful and supportive. Thank you.
